Large Rock Formation / Pinnacle, Kelp Forest

Description

Very current swept area. Typical San Juans life - invertabrates, rockfish, lingcod, octopus, etc

Special Restrictions:

This reef area is a bit spread out and there is a lot of area to explore on both sides. Best on slacks but can be done with mild currents on the lee sides.

How to get there:

Boat access only. Roche Harbor, Friday Harbor and Deer Harbor are the closest harbors.
